When I founded Change Your Life...Coaching in 2022, my vision was to facilitate healing in the lives touched by the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Initially, this coaching was a personal commitment, a pact to hold myself accountable. Because achieving optimum physical and mental health requires consistent, deliberate effort.
But the journey has unfolded into something far more profound. The surge of encouragement and the affirming feedback I received from friends and family as I embarked on the Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership program at USC in January 2022 has been overwhelming. Graduating in May 2024 and celebrating commencement with my family was not in observance of an ending...it was a joyous celebration of the endless possibilities that come with new beginnings once the degree was conferred in August 2024.
